Originally, the land was home to shifters, elves, dwarves, witches, and any variety of magical creatures. These groups lived together in relative peace for centuries. Then the humans came. They started off slowly, peacefully tending to their own small villages and generally minding their own business, though they always held a distrust of supernatural species, and said species never really trusted them. A man named Maeth rose to power from the common people, and united humankind in a campaign against the spiecies that were not human. Unfortunately, he succeeded in his mission to destroy all kinds not his own, leaving a war-torn land behind him.

Wonder has always been known as a peaceful land, ruled by the Magestic. They are the most powerful and wise creatures of the land. They ruled with kindness and fairness. The Magestic Royals are the ones that have the whole land's trouble upon them. Soon, some creatures rebelled against the Magestic Royals. They formed armies and started killing the creatures. The last of the Magestic Royals have died, but there are rumors that the past Queen had a daughter. No one knows who this daughter is, or even if this alleged daughter exists. There is now a Dark Human King that is slowly rising to power. Many creatures were joining him and his cause. He turned them in his ways. They became evil and twisted just like the King himself. They do the most evil things. The creatures themselves changed into another race. There are also many light creatures that have died, but most of them went into hiding, either in the mountains, sand, forests or the caves. But among the living light are five hopes. Can they save Wonder?
